The browser plug-in Adobe Flash Player, which brought rich animations and interactivity to the early web, has officially reached the end of its life. Launched in 1996, Flash is the most popular way for people to stream videos and play games online. But this was due to security issues and failure to move into the era of smartphones. Adobe no longer offers security updates for Flash, and requests people to uninstall it. It will stop playing videos and animations on your Flash Player from January 12.
